Prometeia, a leading European company in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services for institutional investors, is seeking a skilled professional to join its Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team.

The team provides services mainly to financial intermediaries active in the national territory, focusing on projects in the following areas:

  • Strategic business planning: defining business strategies and preparing business plans
  • M&A advisory: advising on all phases of an extraordinary finance operation, from market scouting to valuation of individual assets/companies, and supporting negotiation for deal conclusion
  • Transformation management: redesigning organizational and operational models, managing transformation operations, and evaluating sourcing solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Analysis skills to evaluate client company operating contexts, historical performance, sector trends, and potential business evolution
  • Experience in advising banks, financial intermediaries, or companies on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance matters
  • Fluency in English, with a second foreign language a plus
