Job Description

**About the Role**

Prometeia, a leading European company in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to financial intermediaries on strategic business planning, M&A advisory, and transformation management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client companies' operating contexts, historical performance, and sector trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support clients in developing economic-financial and equity projections, as well as identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
  • Evaluate the economic value of banking and industrial operators, company branches, and individual portfolios in the context of extraordinary operations.
  • Draft documents and expert opinions to support business development and provide independent third-party assessments.
  • Develop estimation models and perform quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspects.
  • Utilize software and data provider platforms to support the preparation of evaluation analyses.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree with excellent marks in economic/financial and engineering management subjects.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in advising banks, financial intermediaries, or companies on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance matters.
  • Be fluent in English, with a second foreign language a plus.
