Join Our Team as a Strategic Advisory Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Advisory Consultant to join our team at Prometeia. As a key member of our Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to our clients in the financial intermediaries sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client companies' operating contexts, historical performance, and market trends.
  • Support the development of economic-financial and patrimonial projections.
  • Identify and implement the most effective KPIs for monitoring business performance.
  • Assess the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, and single portfolios in the context of extraordinary transactions.
  • Draft functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions.
  • Prepare estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with high honors in economic/financial and management engineering subjects.
  • Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector.
  • Fluency in English, with a second foreign language a plus.
