About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Cost Targeting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for defining financial investments and material costs targets for Exterior Trim Components. Your expertise in cost engineering will be essential in improving components costs and ensuring the respect of project targets in terms of cost, quality, and time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial models and forecasts for Exterior Trim Components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, and R&D, to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost reduction strategies.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop and implement cost engineering methodologies to improve product cost and reduce waste.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders on cost-related matters.
About You
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cost engineering, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
