Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Data Center Technicians to enhance our Infrastructure Operations team.

Role Responsibilities
Data Center Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of data center infrastructure challenges, including but not limited to:
  • Hardware issues
  • Fiber connectivity
  • Networking complications

You will play a crucial role in the Data Center Operations (DCO) team, ensuring the effective operation and upkeep of IT infrastructure and hardware across data centers in AWS Cloud regions.

As a primary resolver for your support team, you will develop troubleshooting expertise across various hardware and software scenarios.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to the highest safety standards and promoting a robust safety culture.
  • Diagnosing hardware and network issues followed by executing physical repairs.
  • Troubleshooting incidents within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  • Manual handling and lifting of equipment, adhering to regulatory weight limits.
  • Working rotating shifts (morning/late/night) and weekends to support a 24/7 data center environment.

Essential Skills
In addition, candidates should possess:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and web-based operational tools.
  • Strong command of the English language.
