Program Overview
The International Talent Programme (ITP) at ING Bank N.V. is a comprehensive traineeship designed to develop the leaders of tomorrow. This 2-year programme provides talented graduates with the knowledge, skills, and on-the-job experience to become ING's future leaders.
Key Programme Components
- Rotations: Participants will rotate between different projects and departments within Operations Change (COO) area, gaining insights into various business units.
- Global Events: Access to yearly 2-3 weeks global events with other ING International Talent Programme talents from all around the world.
- International Onboarding: A two-week-long international onboarding event at ING's headquarters in Amsterdam.
- Trainings and Learning Experiences: Opportunities to boost knowledge and skill set in different business lines.
- Mentoring: Experienced ING executives will support personal and professional development through regular feedback and coaching.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor/Master degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Business Studies (with strong quantitative profile).
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- An innovative take on banking and an unconditional drive to turn ideas into reality.
- Enthusiasm and consideration for the interests of customers and colleagues.
- Acting with integrity and responsibility.
- Fluency in English and Italian; foreign candidates have an advanced knowledge of Italian (at least B2).
