Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description: As a Guest Service Agent at our Hotel Rosa Grand in Milan, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable experiences during their stay. Your responsibilities include responding promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance, handling check-in and check-out activities, managing guest messages and requests, and ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Familiarity with Opera PMS is also an advantage. We value versatility, enthusiasm, and a true passion for hospitality.
