We're seeking a Customer Centric Administrator to join our team. This role requires a strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and address the needs of clients, students, and trainees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and trainees
  • Collaborate with instructors, administrative staff, and other departments to deliver seamless customer service
  • Assist with training schedules, student accommodations, and other services
  • Manage bookings and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organize accommodations, transport, and local arrangements for international trainees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Languages or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Italian; any additional language is a plus
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle unexpected situations professionally
