Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders through various channels, including phone, email, and fax
  • Collect and verify customer information, including payment details and order requirements
  • Monitor and track order status, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, credit, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP software, with experience in order processing and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
