About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative with Italian, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet our high standards and targets. Your primary goal will be to respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries via various communication channels and maintain accurate data records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality member experiences focused on customer-centricity.
  • SUPPORT business growth initiatives through proactive coaching, awareness, and up-education activities.
  • Be the first point of contact for member needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate member records and adhere to service/business targets.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Herbalife brand, promoting corporate values and EMEA goals.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • An outgoing and positive attitude.
  • A strong desire to contribute positively to the team, internal customers, and members.
  • Excellent coaching, education, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learning ability with experience in change management.
  • Self-motivation and great organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian (native or C2 level) and very good command of English (min B2).
  • PC literacy is essential, and experience in a customer service role is a significant advantage.
