**Job Description:**
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include:
- Enter orders into the ERP system and track their progress
- Communicate with customers via customer web portals and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop expertise in identifying product availability and lead times
- Maintain accurate records of orders, credits, and returns
- Participate in team calls and meetings to ensure seamless collaboration
- Other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
