Job Summary

Dana Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Electrification Project Manager to lead the engineering efforts of major projects in electrification. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong background in powertrain systems and experience in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owns engineering project timeline and implementation of necessary measures in case of deviations
  • Creates work breakdown structure (WBS) for technical activities in alignment to overall program milestones
  • Coordinates with customer's engineering functions to ensure alignment on milestones and features
  • Defines technical competencies needed for successful execution of the program
  • Ensures engineering project team is properly staffed and design reviews are completed on time
  • Responsible for Engineering Design & Testing cost creation and estimating engineering effort
  • Ensures product development process conformance with automotive standard requirements
  • Represents engineering team in internal/customer meetings and presents project milestones, issues, change requests, risks, etc.
  • Accountable for problems/issues, change and risk management
  • Establishes and reports engineering KPIs to engineering management
Requirements
  • University Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in powertrain or e-powertrain systems
  • Knowledge of electrified powertrains and ability to think at the system level
  • Relevant experience in requirements management tools and automotive functional safety
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in team and personnel management
  • Demonstrated ability to document work
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and global, matrix-structured organisations
