Position Overview: The Engineering Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the Project Engineering Team, collaborating closely with Project Engineers to meet specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all engineering activities, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and project schedules.
  • Prepare and discuss project execution strategies with key stakeholders, including the Project Director, Proposal Manager, and Construction Manager, supported by the Project Leader and Head of Department.
  • Define and implement procedures, guidelines, and technical standards for projects in collaboration with Project Leaders.
  • Adopt technical solutions that optimize project costs while complying with contractual technical requirements.
  • Ensure effective technical coordination among various engineering development centers, including subsidiaries and subcontractors.
  • Manage the man-hours budget for engineering activities with assistance from Project Leaders and Engineers.
  • Monitor and manage project amendments to minimize delays and control costs.
  • Coordinate project design review meetings to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Participate in the project definition schedule, ensuring feasibility and congruence with Project Leaders.
  • Provide technical support to various Company Management Departments during proposal phases and project execution.
  • Maintain technical communication with customers regarding significant project issues that may impact timelines and costs.
  • Provide feedback to the Head of Department on procedural effectiveness and efficiency improvements.
  • Encourage professional development within the department and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Engage in knowledge exchange with colleagues across Group Companies to enhance departmental practices.
  • Stay informed about developments and advancements within the department.
