Siemens Mobility S.r.l. is seeking a Technical Project Lead to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of our Software department, you will drive project teams to deliver milestones and meet KPIs while instilling structured project management practices.

Your Mission

As a Technical Project Lead, you will:

  • Lead project lifecycle management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and manage project budgets.
  • Engage in international projects and collaborate with teams from various countries.
  • Implement and standardize project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge sharing and project success.
  • Identify, communicate, and bring up project issues clearly and effectively to the project team and management.
  • Ensure information flow between engineering and R&D.
  • Implement effective risk management and apply health, safety, and environmental policies, including a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Use Siemens tools effectively to manage and communicate project health.

Requirements

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within AI, software, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Education background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar technical field.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Passion to never-stop growing.
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
