Your Responsibilities
In the role of Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for guiding project teams to achieve key milestones and meet performance indicators while fostering structured project management methodologies throughout our initiatives. You will also offer programmatic and technical guidance to the team and ensure adherence to R&D and Engineering standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing project lifecycle management from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives. Crafting project timelines, efficiently allocating resources, and managing financial aspects of projects. Participating in international projects and collaborating with diverse teams across various regions. Standardizing and implementing project management practices to boost operational efficiency. Tracking project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. Working alongside cross-functional teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and project success. Clearly identifying and communicating project challenges to the team and management. Ensuring effective communication between engineering and R&D teams. Implementing robust risk management strategies and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies, with a commitment to continuous improvement. Utilizing Siemens tools to effectively manage and report on project health.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated experience in technical project management, ideally in AI, software, or related domains. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management software. Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline. Strong leadership and organizational capabilities. A commitment to continuous personal and professional development. Appreciation for individual uniqueness and a collaborative spirit. Proficiency in English and Italian.
