About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager II to join our team at Expedia Group. As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for driving the execution of technical projects within or across a small set of teams, and acting as a force multiplier to free the team to focus on technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile ceremonies without supervision.
  • Assist on software development projects where Agile engineering methods (e.g., Extreme Programming, Feature Driven Development) are applied.
  • Assist subject matter experts in defining requirements as needed.
  • Track project schedule by obtaining input from working team.
  • Keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule.
  • Maintain program/project documentation and corresponding meetings as needed.
  • Track issues and mitigation plans for risk management.
  • Track and report on project budget as needed.
  • Lead technical, unambiguous projects under supervision.
  • Start to interface with stakeholders and drive some collaboration efforts solutions to issues.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience.
  • Relevant experience required or higher education.
  • Functional/Technical Skills: Communication, Project Management, Agile Practices, Process Skills and Techniques.
