We are seeking a Technical Project Lead to join our dynamic team in the Software sector. This role is essential for driving our innovative projects forward.

Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for guiding project teams to achieve milestones and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while promoting structured project management methodologies throughout our initiatives. You will also offer program and technical guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to R&D and Engineering standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Activities Include:

  • Overseeing project lifecycle management from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Crafting project timelines, effectively allocating resources, and managing financial aspects of projects.
  • Participating in international projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Standardizing project management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Tracking project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and project success.
  • Clearly communicating project issues to the team and management.
  • Ensuring smooth information flow between engineering and R&D.
  • Implementing effective risk management strategies and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Utilizing Siemens tools to manage and communicate project status effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in technical project management, ideally in AI, software, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Respect for individual uniqueness and a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
