A challenging role awaits you at ABB Schweiz AG as a Sales Specialist - Drive Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Motion Drive Products division. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and market share, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and develop new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the designated market
  • Manage sales target volumes and product & solutions mix
  • Ensure customers have an unforgettable professional experience by analyzing their needs and offering customized solutions
  • Communicate ABB's offering and strategy to customers
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist in Industrial Automation
  • Passion for sales and ability to establish good relationships with customers
  • Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Center Area: Bologna Modena), at least 3 days per week
  • Enhanced knowledge of Office and Salesforce (plus)
  • Preferred degree in a technical field
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
