A challenging role awaits you at ABB Schweiz AG as a Sales Specialist - Drive Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Motion Drive Products division. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and market share, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and develop new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the designated market
- Manage sales target volumes and product & solutions mix
- Ensure customers have an unforgettable professional experience by analyzing their needs and offering customized solutions
- Communicate ABB's offering and strategy to customers
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist in Industrial Automation
- Passion for sales and ability to establish good relationships with customers
- Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Center Area: Bologna Modena), at least 3 days per week
- Enhanced knowledge of Office and Salesforce (plus)
- Preferred degree in a technical field
- Proficiency in Italian and English
