Group Sales and Conference Coordinator

- Preventive reverification and supervision of confirmed services
- Organize and conduct site inspections
- Prepare service orders for each confirmed event
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Hospitality studies or Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality management, sales, or related areas
- Previous experience as an Events Coordinator, MICE Coordinator, or similar roles
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Capability of working with internal and external teams and partners
- Experience in coordinating large-scale events
