We're seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Games Italy to join our team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth, leverage strategic marketing initiatives, and contribute to the success of our gaming portfolio in Italy.

Job Overview:

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will report directly to the Category Lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including digital, sales, customer marketing, and Consumer Product teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing local marketing plans aligned with global strategies and priorities
  • Driving portfolio strategies, pricing, and product forecasting
  • Managing A&P budget for assigned brands
  • Executing media strategies and plans
  • Monitoring business results and effectiveness of initiatives

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Commercial/marketing experience within Brand Marketing in Toys, FMCG, or licensed consumer goods
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing
  • Result-oriented mindset, with a competitive attitude and strong will to succeed
  • Native-level Italian and fluent English language skills

This senior leadership position requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in brand marketing. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, leveraging strategic marketing initiatives, and contributing to the success of our gaming portfolio in Italy. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute local marketing plans, drive portfolio strategies, manage budgets, and execute media plans. Your expertise will help shape the future of our brand and drive business results.
