About the Role:

This Warehouse Worker III position is an exciting opportunity to join United Parcel Service's team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for meeting operational goals and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process returns, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with customer service teams.
  2. Obtain orders, select products, and match up reprinted orders accurately.
  3. Verify order details, including product information, quantities, and expiration dates.
  4. Coordinate outbound shipments, schedule pickups, and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Operate power equipment, manage inventory levels, and conduct physical inventory.
  6. Communicate with customers, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Warehouse and forklift experience essential.
  • Specialized power equipment experience preferred.
