Job Title: Senior Service Sales Representative Marine - Refitting

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Sales Representative Marine - Refitting to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing business opportunities in the marine industry, with a focus on refitting and upgrading security and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer needs and create technical and commercial proposals that meet the requirements of our organization and our clients.
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with our pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Meet sales targets and achieve business objectives through effective use of our value proposition.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the field of fire and security or automation HVAC.
  • Strong knowledge of the marine industry and its clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and expression skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Valid driving license (category B).
  • Ability to travel.
