Senior Sales Manager for Acquisitions

Atlas Copco Italia is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager for Acquisitions to join the Compressor Technique Service business area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, particularly in an international context, and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The Sales Manager for Acquisitions will lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve results through sales channels for the area of focus. Key responsibilities include interacting with key members of other divisions in the territory, relying on CRM tools, and promoting a culture of open communication and respect for people in all areas of operation.

The successful candidate will have several years of experience in Sales, preferably in the After Market, and be proficient in MS Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook. Additional language skills are advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with key members of other divisions in the territory and with direct reports in a constructive, productive, and selfless manner that supports the development of synergies and the overall company bottom line
  • Relying on C4C or other CRM in use as the primary tool to manage the sales team
  • Promoting and engaging the C4C or other CRM in use culture within your area of responsibility
  • Developing and sustaining a spirit of open communication, fairness, non-discrimination, and respect for people in all areas of operation
  • Monitoring KPIs to control and develop the business in all its aspects
  • Training, educating, and empowering the Service Sales Representative in both technical and commercial aspects
  • Ensuring a good customer satisfaction
  • Leading and instructing the sales team to approach new customers, listen, and identify customer needs to provide the best solutions
  • Setting/ensuring proactive collaboration with Integration manager in order to implement as fast as is possible Divisional Strategy
  • Increasing Customer penetration and helping colleagues to increase market share
  • In collaboration with Prime Equipment Business Lines promoting Atlas Copco brand Unit Sales
  • Supporting the responsible of the business line to maintain a strong team structure. Promoting the spirit of high performance, maintaining seniority and gender diversity, launching skill development plans for the team
  • Maintaining a close and proactive relationship to ensure long-term customer relationships
  • Responsibility on collection and payments of customer receivables
  • Supporting the Marketing communication process.
  • Managing Sales Activities for Distributors in a specific geographical area
