Atlas Copco Italia is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager Acquisitions to lead and motivate the Sales team in the Compressor Technique Service business area.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Sales, preferably in the After Market, and strong leadership experience in an international context.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and sustaining a spirit of open communication, fairness, and respect for people in all areas of operation
  • Monitoring KPIs to control and develop the business in all its aspects
  • Training, educating, and empowering the Service Sales Representative in both technical and commercial aspects
  • Ensuring a good customer satisfaction and leading the sales team to approach new customers, listen, and identify customer needs to provide the best solutions
  • Collaborating with Integration manager to implement Divisional Strategy and increasing Customer penetration and helping colleagues to increase market share
  • Maintaining a close and proactive relationship to ensure long-term customer relationships and responsibility on collection and payments of customer receivables
  • Supporting the Marketing communication process and managing Sales Activities for Distributors in a specific geographical area

Requirements include:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous
  • MS Suite knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook)

This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
