Job Description

The Atlas Copco Oil Free Air Business Line is focused on achieving success in the Low Pressure business in Italy. To achieve this goal, we aim to support every sales channel with marketing actions and sales follow-up, detect and fill gaps in our sales teams, and manage the business through OEM, indirect channel network, and agent network sales channels. The Business Development Specialist will work closely with the Product Manager, use marketing campaigns as lead generation instruments, and report results through monthly reports and BDM presentations. The mission of the Business Development Specialist is to pursue the above-mentioned points to reach the sales target, working with maximum cooperation with Product Marketing Manager, OEM dedicated sales rep, sales reps generalist, communication department, and colleagues of other Business Lines. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for continuous market segmentation and new applications scouting for the range of assigned products, definition and choice of commercial channels for effective promotion of assigned products, preparation of business agreements with OEMs or new dealers, and carrying-over of all customer information in the company CRM Cloud 4 Customers. The Business Development Specialist will also promote a professional image in all circumstances, grow the Company's reputation and brand image, and operate consistently in line with the Group's fundamental values: commitment, interaction, and innovation. The Business Development Specialist will continuously update competences on both products and sales strategies by participating in specific training sessions organized by the company. What are we looking for? An Engineering Degree, experience in dealing with customers, experience in selling in the B2B market, and experience in managing a team or willingness to get this larger responsibility.
