Sales Manager Acquisitions Leader

As a Sales Manager Acquisitions, you will work with the latest technologies and sustainable innovations at Atlas Copco Italia.
This role is part of the business area Compressor Technique Service, where you will lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve results through sales channels.
The ideal candidate is flexible, independent, and willing to travel, with strong communication skills and the ability to train, coach, and motivate people.
Main Responsibilities:
Interact with key members of other divisions in the territory and with direct reports in a constructive, productive, and selfless manner.
Rely on CRM tools to manage the sales team and promote a culture of open communication, fairness, and respect for people.
Monitor KPIs to control and develop the business in all its aspects, including customer satisfaction and market share.
Train and educate the Service Sales Representative in technical and commercial aspects, and lead the sales team to approach new customers and identify their needs.
Collaborate with Integration managers to implement divisional strategies and increase customer penetration.
Support the responsible of the business line to maintain a strong team structure and promote the spirit of high performance.
Maintain a close and proactive relationship with customers to ensure long-term relationships and collect customer receivables.
Support the Marketing communication process and manage Sales Activities for Distributors in a specific geographical area.
Your Profile:
Several years of experience in Sales, preferably in the After Market.
Strong leadership experience and competency, particularly in an international context.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous.
MS Suite knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook).
Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice, with a deep sense of purpose and belonging.
