Regional Sales Manager Italy

Job Summary
Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. As a key member of our European sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability of our security products in the region.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Negotiate pricing and conditions with partners on specific projects
• Organize partner events and assist at trade shows and seminars to promote our portfolio
• Gather, analyze, and organize market, partner, and competitor data to identify new business opportunities
• Liaise with key players in the decision-making process
• Administer sales activities and provide continuous support to partners
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Experience in the security industry
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Native Italian and fluent English communication skills
• Greek language skills are a plus
