About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy. As a key member of our European sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our business in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS TO DRIVE SALES.
  • Visit existing and potential partners to create new business opportunities and promote our portfolio.
  • Negotiate pricing and conditions with partners on specific projects.
  • Organize partner events and assist at trade shows to promote our portfolio.
  • Gather, analyze, and organize market, partner, and competitor data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with key players in the decision-making process.
  • Administer sales activities and provide continuous support to partners.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the security industry.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical mindset.
  • Native Italian language proficiency and fluent English communication skills.
