Regional Sales Director

Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning is seeking a Sales Area Manager to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for selling our products and working with Sales Agents to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our new offerings and promotions.
Your Key Responsibilities- Sell products and collaborate with Sales Agents to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of new products and promotions.
- Develop long-term relationships with assigned customers, including contractors, consulting engineers, and owners.
- Maximize account penetration by offering our full range of HVAC Systems solutions to assigned customers.
- Seek to establish Johnson Controls – Hitachi as the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment for assigned customers.
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Partner with other Area Sales Managers to maximize profit generation from accounts through influence on specifications and market pricing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry in sales with demonstrated results in a Sales Area Manager role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to negotiate and influence decision makers.
- Proven ability to open new channels.
