Valves and Actuators Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the Valves and Actuators portfolio in Europe, responsible for creating effective and profitable offerings for our customers.
Responsibilities:- Design and execute the V&A product strategy for the European market
- Accountable for New Product Introduction (NPI) plans and stakeholder management
- Lead Go to Market activities with sales teams
- Understand market needs, trends, and competition for V&A products
- Support training material creation and conduct presentations
- Partner with Engineering and Procurement departments
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in European markets
- Knowledge of Valves and Actuators market and technologies
- Strong communication skills in fluent Italian and English
- Flexible travel requirements
