Regional Sales Manager Italy: Drive Growth and Profits

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our business growth in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. This exciting opportunity is part of our European sales team, specifically the Europe South team, and will see you reporting directly to the Sales Director in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong partner relationships with internal and external partners to drive sales growth.
  2. Visit existing and potential partners to create new business and promote our portfolio, negotiating pricing and conditions on specific projects.
  3. Organize partner events, such as Technology Days, and assist at trade shows and seminars to promote our portfolio.
  4. Gather, analyze, and organize market, partner, and competitor data to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to our product and marketing organization.
  5. Liaise with key players, including Facility and Security Managers, Architects, and Consultants, in the decision-making process.
  6. Administer sales activities and provide continuous support to partners, including following up on incoming orders, informing partners, monitoring information flow, and arranging product sales trainings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Security industry.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical mindset.
  • Native Italian and fluent communicator in English, with Greek being a plus.
