RINA is currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruitment Expert to join its office in Italy. This role is a key part of the Industry Technical Recruitment Division.

Mission

As a Technical Recruitment Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring full coverage and network growth aligned with business staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Source the widest possible pool of candidates to select from;
  2. Support the TR manager in defining and monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting technical recruitment procedures;
  3. Ensure timely selection and recruitment processes, as per hiring management request;
  4. Stay current on the Business Unit's organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices, serving as a liaison with agencies, colleges, and industry associations, completing timely reports on employment activity in the Business Unit;
  5. Ensure the protection of personal data processed;
  6. Promote proactive and offline campaigns to create a pool of prospective resources to react to any new job requests or tenders as they arise;
  7. Daily recruitment activities: job posting, scouting in external databases, CVs screening, interviews with both junior and experienced candidates;
  8. Technically qualify potential candidates, assigning relevant competencies and disciplines;
  9. Initiate administrative qualification and contracting of new employees and agencies;
  10. Interact with procurement focal point to solve eventual issues and close out procurement topics (updating opus accordingly);
  11. Serve as a liaison with agencies and high school/universities;
  12. Support Business managers when they are unable to find suitable candidates fulfilling External Customer's requests.

Requirements

  • Belonging to the special categories pursuant to Law 68/99 art. 1;
  • At least 6 months of significant professional experience in similar or related businesses;
  • Maximum 2 years of working experience;
  • Fluent English;
  • IT literate in MS Office;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Adaptability and problem-solving ability;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
