Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Screen CVs and actively search for candidates on various platforms, utilizing creative strategies to identify new talent.
  • Conduct HR interviews and participate in technical interviews as needed.
  • Provide detailed feedback to Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Promote campaigns to attract and engage prospective candidates.
  • Support in monitoring KPIs.

Experience and Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Familiarity with various selection tools, including behavioral interviews and psychometric tests.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of SAP.

Education

  • Master's Degree in Psychology or Economics.
