Product Manager Oncology Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Manager Oncology to join our Oncology Lung Department in Milan. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of a local brand strategy and define the marketing plan.
  • Participate in the Country Value Team (CVT) to maximize business opportunities and anticipate local barriers.
  • Leverage the patient journey to identify value pools and bring differentiating solutions.
  • Develop promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies.
  • Shape and contribute to the EMEA marketing functional network activities and squads.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop marketing strategies using traditional and omnichannel communication tools.
  • Identify motivational drivers and barriers per stakeholder group with a clear understanding of external environment and competitive dynamics.
  • Engage with stakeholder groups with targeted messages through different interaction channels.
  • Interact with Field Force and external stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Contribute to the development of product business plans and ensure their flawless execution in time, quality, and budget.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Pharmacy/Biology or other Life Science or Economics or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate Master or Specialization is preferred.
  • Significant experience (2-4 years) in pharmaceutical marketing is mandatory.
  • Previous experience within the Oncology therapeutic area is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
