Oversee the flow of collections and payments into the financial system. Communicate with Correspondent Banks to request information or provide instructions (e.g., inquiries on unsettled transactions and monitoring of payments). Analyze documentation provided by clients to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor available funds prior to settlement to mitigate risks. Report incidents and escalate issues as necessary. Provide support for cash sales and related products.Required Qualifications
A relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Prior experience in cash management operations. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Preferred Skills
Strong communication and analytical abilities, with a flexible approach to problem-solving. Open-mindedness and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues. Ability to collaborate effectively in virtual global teams and within a matrix organization.Work Expectations
