Job Title: Reconciliation Analyst
Corporate Title: NCT
Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of collections and payments into the system.
- Provide instructions and request information from Correspondent Banks (e.g., inquiries on unsettled transactions and monitoring of payments).
- Analyze supporting documentation submitted by clients.
- Monitor available funds prior to settlement.
- Report incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
- Provide support to Cash Sales and Product teams.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in cash management operations.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong communication and analytical abilities, adaptable in problem-solving scenarios.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to share knowledge with peers and team members.
- Ability to collaborate in virtual global teams and within a matrix organization.
