Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of collections and payments into the financial system.
- Communicate with Correspondent Banks to gather information and provide instructions regarding non-settled transactions.
- Analyze documentation provided by clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor available funds prior to transaction settlements.
- Report incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
- Provide support for cash sales and product-related inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in cash management operations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong communication and analytical abilities, with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in virtual global teams and matrix organizations.
Work Expectations
Employees in this role are expected to work in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model, primarily based in São Paulo, Brazil.
