About the Role

Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of HSE performance across all our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HSE strategies and plans to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular HSE audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure HSE best practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs to ensure a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HSE management systems and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the EPCI industry.
  • Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering).
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, with experience in preparing and maintaining HSE management systems.
  • Strong leadership, team player, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, with other languages a plus.
