About the Role
The Italy KETL team at Clifford Chance is responsible for managing the processes of identification, capture, use, and sharing of legal knowledge and expertise within the Firm.
The team's main responsibilities include:
- Providing training and support to internal Fee Earners and clients through periodic seminars, induction, and training events;
- Managing the Firm's library, database, and research assistance;
- Collecting and sharing legislative updates, news, and guidelines from sector authorities;
- Developing and maintaining a collection of legal precedents and templates.
About Your Responsibilities
As a Stagiaire, you will have the opportunity to work closely with and support all our practice areas, including Corporate M&A, Global Financial Markets, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Tax, Pensions & Employment, through jurisprudential and doctrinal research activities or by playing the role of reference in the library.
This will involve developing outstanding organisational skills and superb research abilities.
