Senior Product Manager - CX Expert

We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Senior Product Manager to join our Fresh team in Milan or Madrid. As a key member of our CX team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer experience across our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning end-to-end strategic workstreams, including value proposition definition and ad hoc reporting to senior leadership.
  • Supporting the CX Product Roadmap, including BRD definition, product pipeline tracking, and UAT execution.
  • Executing end-to-end analysis, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, and presentation of results to senior leadership.
  • Securing external market data for CEU and owning competitor/industry benchmarking for Germany, Italy, and Spain.
  • Partnering with various functions to identify research opportunities and priorities that focus on big customer rocks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Robust analytical skills and significant product/program management experience.
  • Fluent English skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment across geographies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in standard software, including Excel, SQL, and Python/R.
  • Experience working in Grocery (either FMCG or Retail) and a good understanding of the grocery industry in one or more locales.
