The Role
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to act as the first point of contact at Hyva Group. The successful candidate will ensure correct handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, welcome visitors and provide administrative support to various departments. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the appropriate parties
• Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail and deliveries
• Dispatching small packages
• Receiving visitors at the front desk, greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable with necessary stationery and materials
• Performing other reception duties such as filing and photocopying
• Providing supporting administrative duties for various departments
• Organizing events, booking meeting rooms and managing hotel and work lunches requests
• Managing company cars reservations
• Assisting the HR Department in distributing materials to employees
• Managing stationery orders for all offices
• Supporting training organization

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Fluent English language skills in spoken and written form
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
