About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Hyva Group.

As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
  • Welcome visitors, provide administrative support, and maintain office security.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Perform supporting administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing events.
  • Assist with stationery orders and support training organization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Fluent English in spoken and written form.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
