Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Technical Training Instructor to join our Engineering Training department at Ryanair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our engineering staff, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Technical Training: Provide theoretical and practical training to engineering staff, including Part 147 training, and ensure compliance with EASA/UK CAA instructor requirements.
  • Course Development: Prepare and improve technical training courses, develop instructor materials, and ensure regular review of procedures and regulations.
  • Training Delivery: Utilize various training delivery methods, including classroom, eLearning, and virtual training, to develop and approve training materials.
  • Training Centre Management: Maintain and develop training centres to enhance learning experiences across all levels of training.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, working with diverse nationalities, ages, and backgrounds.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree, or have evidence of previous employment in aircraft technical training.
  • Experience: Have experience in aircraft engineering, working physically on aircraft, and reviewing regulations and compliance-based procedures.
  • Skills: Possess a keen eye for detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Be open-minded, eager to learn new skills, and bring new ideas to the team, with a strong work ethic and responsibility for timely completion of tasks.
