**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Technical Training Specialist to join our Engineering Training department at Ryanair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our engineering staff, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Technical Training: Develop and deliver technical training programs to engineering staff, including theoretical and practical training, specialized type-specific training, and Part 145 training.
- Training Material Development: Prepare and develop instructor materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and regularly review procedures and regulations relevant to the training course being delivered.
- Training Delivery Methods: Develop and approve training material using various training delivery methods, including classroom, eLearning, and virtual training.
- Training Centre Management: Maintain and develop the training centers for further learning enhancements across all levels of training.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different nationalities, diversities, and ages.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree, or have evidence of previous employment in aircraft technical training or 5 years' experience in aircraft engineering.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience in reviewing regulations and compliance-based procedures.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Office 365 and ability to learn new programs/software tools to enhance working ways.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with the team through all types of communication.
- Adaptability: Ability to be open-minded, eager to learn new skills, and bring new ideas to the team.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner.
- Flexibility: Ability to be flexible and adapt to change quickly.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and seek solutions to address them to the management team.
