SEAS – South East Aviation Services S.r.l. is a leading engineering services company supporting Ryanair's engineering function in Italy. We are currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Technical Training Specialist to join our team in Bergamo (BGY).

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to engineering staff, including:

  • Delivery of Part 147 theoretical and practical training
  • Delivery of all technical training associated with business needs
  • Delivery of Onboarding Training to new starters

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in aircraft technical training and a strong understanding of EASA regulations
  • Ability to develop and approve training material using various training delivery methods
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to build and deliver effective training programmes
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team
