SEAS – South East Aviation Services S.r.l. is a leading engineering services company supporting Ryanair's engineering function in Italy. We are currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Technical Training Specialist to join our team in Bergamo (BGY).

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual to deliver technical training to our engineering staff. As an Aircraft Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of all technical training to the highest industry standard, including Part 147 theoretical and practical training, as well as onboarding training for new starters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training to engineering staff, including classroom, eLearning, and virtual training methods.
  • Prepare and develop technical training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
  • Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and regularly review procedures and regulations relevant to the training course being delivered.

Requirements

  • Hold an EASA Part 66 Licence or have evidence of previous employment in aircraft technical training.
  • Be able to meet requirements and acceptability to deliver Part 147 training.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team.
  • Be an effective communicator and interact with the team through all types of communication.
