**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Technical Training Specialist to join our Engineering Training department at Ryanair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our engineering staff, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Technical Training: Develop and deliver technical training programs to engineering staff, including theoretical and practical training, specialized type-specific training, and Part 145 training.
- Training Material Development: Prepare and update training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant procedures and regulations.
- Training Delivery Methods: Develop and approve training materials using various delivery methods, including classroom, eLearning, and virtual training.
- Training Centre Management: Maintain and develop training centers to enhance learning experiences for all levels of training.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with diverse nationalities, ages, and backgrounds.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree, or have relevant experience in aircraft technical training or 5 years' experience in aircraft engineering.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience in reviewing regulations and compliance-based procedures.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and ability to escalate issues to management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by management.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Office 365 and ability to learn new software tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with the team through various communication channels.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change quickly and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to seek and find solutions to address issues to management.
- Travel Requirements: Must hold a valid UK/EU passport and be willing to travel as required by the business.
