Part 147 Technical Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part 147 Technical Instructor to join our Engineering Training department at Ryanair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our engineering staff, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Part 147 theoretical and practical training to engineering staff, including specialized type-specific training.
  • Prepare and develop technical training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
  • Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant procedures and regulations.
  • Develop and approve training materials using various delivery methods, including classroom, eLearning, and virtual training.
  • Maintain and develop the training centers to enhance learning experiences across all levels of training.

Requirements:

  • Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree.
  • Have experience in aircraft technical training or within aircraft engineering.
  • Be conversant with EASA regulations and able to meet instructor requirements.
  • Have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.
