Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our team at Pharma Point, a growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in the development and production of a wide range of products.

About Our Ideal Candidate:
  • A marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within the CMO/CDMO or services to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A university degree, preferably in a scientific domain, with a Master's in Business/Marketing Management.
  • A strong marketing performance history, including web, e-commerce, seminars, conferences, and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate new customer leads by enhancing CDMO brand presence through strategic partnerships, conferences, and online platforms.
  2. Gather, analyze, and interpret market data to identify opportunities and ensure a healthy marketing funnel.
  3. Evaluate and communicate the success of marketing campaigns and tactics to business leaders.
  4. Collaborate with commercial partners to develop impactful tools for revenue growth.
  5. Develop and implement tools to promote BD effectiveness and engagement.
  6. Manage marketing budget, metrics, and roadmaps for timely execution and adherence to plan.

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of business English; additional European languages an advantage.
