RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the performance of charging systems by utilizing gathered field data to proactively detect and address potential issues, especially during initial product deployment. Employ structured diagnostic methods to pinpoint and rectify technical challenges associated with charging systems in client applications, including: Data analysis through corporate tools Examination of system logs and targeted data collection Execution of tests to replicate, isolate, and resolve issues. Collaborate with various development teams to swiftly and effectively tackle intricate problems within a multidisciplinary environment. Offer strategic guidance to data analysts and scientists regarding the direction of their projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a related field. Proven experience with complex systems and diagnostic methodologies. Understanding of software development processes. Previous exposure to power electronics or electric vehicle charging systems is advantageous. Independent and detail-oriented work approach with a strong analytical mindset. Strong attention to detail, teamwork capabilities, and effective communication skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus.
